The fourth annual popular event in the school grounds is on Friday, September 18, from 3pm to 5.30pm.

Once again, it promises a wide range of fun events, music, stalls and other activities for children and families – and this year residents from the local community have been invited to share the RAPS fun festivities and find out what makes the school so popular.

The packed programme includes local performer musician and entertainer Thomas Abrahams, the RAPS school band, Albert – the winner of last year’s RAPS talent show – and a DJ set from Jonny Henfrey.

Other attractions include arts and crafts, face-painting, glitter tattoos, friendship bracelets, lucky dip bags, food and drink and much more.

Head Teacher Nick Budge said: “Our festival will be a fun afternoon for our whole school community and a great opportunity to come together and support the school.”

RAPS Fest is organised and run by the PTA, with the aim of raising money to support the school and provide additional opportunities and resources for pupils.

So make that date and don’t be late – the fun starts at 3pm sharp!
