The Education and School Improvement team will work with school leaders to listen and plan a framework of support in bespoke areas of educational improvement, according to school need. This might include:

• School improvement planning
• Coaching and mentoring 
• Teacher development
• Development of middle and senior leaders
• Building school culture and ethos

And with longstanding expert volunteers from both educational and non-educational backgrounds, our Viking Trustee Leads provide support and coaching for early governors or academy trustees.

The team will provide a tailored solution based on the vision and strategy of the school, being a critical friend with a supportive ear whenever this is required.
