The Viking Academy Trust is a small Trust of primary academies based in East Kent. The Trust’s central team is in a unique position, as it encompasses a wealth of sector knowledge, skills and expertise. We pride ourselves on our central leaders, a group of proven specialists in their fields within primary education, with a passion for driving school improvement. This ‘Viking School Services’ team work in collaboration to contribute to our mission.

The Viking Academy Trust believes in ‘One Childhood, One Chance’. This is our chance as sector professionals to give children the best possible educational start in life, through continual improvement in our schools - ‘getting better never stops’.

Viking School Services is comprised of both teaching and business service experts with knowledge and experience from other sectors, in various school areas such as early career teacher support, development of middle and senior leaders, people and payroll services, marketing and communications to drive pupil admissions – to name a few.

Day-to-day, we are based within our primary schools – there is no-one better to understand today’s sector challenges yet retain the drive for raising school standards, for the benefit of all children.
